General Manager Job description:

The General Manager will be responsible for facilitating the successful achievement of organizational goals by providing operations support. Qualified candidates must serve as a channel between store operations and the corporate support center to ensure consistent brand standards. The General Manager must deliver revenues and profits by developing, marketing, financing, and providing appealing restaurant service, managing staff.

Operations Management

*Proactively communicates and collaborates with multiple levels within the organization and various departments, and vendors to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the desired information, reports, updates, or feedback.

*Ensures company operations' facilities, safety equipment and assets are maintained in accordance with company and governmental standards.

*Serves as liaison between operations and all departments.

*Ensures that corporate policies and standards of excellence are uniformly understood and administered.

* Plans, executes, and monitors results to ensure projects achieve the desired outcomes.

* Work independently or with teams to move projects to completion.

* Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.

* Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.

* Completes other duties and special projects as needed

Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000/ year (commensurate with experience)
