Technical Support or Desktop Support

Have multiple positions:

1. Desktop Support or Technical Support or End User Support

2. Lead Desktop Support or Lead End User Support or Lead Technical Support Roles.


Proficient in Administration, support, and configuration of MS Office O365

Onboarding and configuring users for Microsoft apps for enterprise including Outlook, Intune, Teams and OneDrive.

Troubleshoot various Office 365 issues including connectivity

Provide support and technical issue resolution.

Need experience with MS O365, OneDrive and need strong customer service desktop support skills


Note: must be willing to work on w2. Onsite Hybrid role.
