Key Responsibilities

• Work with business leadership and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand business strategies and develop plans to manage Tech Ops OT. Document and seek agreement on vulnerabilities as well as current and future state capabilities and gaps.


• Responsible for coordinating management of security incidents and vulnerabilities with Global IT and OT groups


• Directly manage Network Technician(s) including performance, growth, development, training etc.


• Communicate to local management about operational & security related issues and challenges


• Collaborate with IT Security and Information Security Departments to improve security

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Required


• Master’s Degree in a related field Preferred


• Certified cyber security professional accreditation Preferred

Professional Experience

• Minimum 5 years related experience Required

Must be able to pass vision testing requirements (with or without corrective eyewear).
