Call Center Representative

A local Eden Prairie company is searching for a Call Center Representative. This fun, yet professional work environment allows the Call Center Customer Representative to be the first step in helping customers. This position will receive inbound calls; update systems to ensure accurate load status, and report information in a fast-paced environment. Employees that work here say they enjoy how as a team we gather and communicate information creating an informed Customer Service team able to resolve problems as they arise. This innovative company is moving fast and is looking for long term employees. The Call Center Representative is vital to our success.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Answer incoming calls
• Verify all pick up information to carriers
• Provide shipment information to carriers
• Monitor load problems
• Gather and communicate information for proper problem resolution

What we look for:

• 1 year of experience in a customer service role
• Ability to resolve challenges professionally and clearly
• Must be professional yet adaptable to different situations

Work Schedule:

• Evening shift: 4:00 pm to 12:00 am or 12 am to 8:00 am with 2 consecutive weekdays off (weekends required)
