Job Description
A local Eden Prairie company is searching for a Call Center Representative. This fun, yet professional work environment allows the Call Center Customer Representative to be the first step in helping customers. This position will receive inbound calls; update systems to ensure accurate load status, and report information in a fast-paced environment. Employees that work here say they enjoy how as a team we gather and communicate information creating an informed Customer Service team able to resolve problems as they arise. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answer incoming calls
- Verify all pick up information to carriers
- Provide shipment information to carriers
- Monitor load problems
- Gather and communicate information for proper problem resolution
What we look for:
- 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Ability to resolve challenges professionally and clearly
- Must be professional yet adaptable to different situations
Work Schedule:
- Evening shift: 4:00 pm to 12:00 am or 12 am to 8:00 am with 2 consecutive weekdays off (weekends required)
