Leasing Specialist- Hiring Now!

Company is looking for self-motivated, customer service focused individuals who love to work with people. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication, sales, organizational, and multi-tasking skills to effectively lease rental properties and will be available to start almost immediately. This position primarily involves traveling to apartment showings and completing office-work as needed.

• Show apartments and homes in the Madison and Dane County area

• Assist prospective residents via phone, e-mail, and walk-in appointment to find homes

• Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills

• Schedule and manage appointments and calendars

• Post flyers and notices

• Participate in meet and greets, tabled events, and other guerrilla marketing activities

• Help with filing and other projects as needed

• Walk through application process
