Position Summary:
The essence of this role is to ensure quality plastic rotational molded parts through molding techniques while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Makes the plastic element of a playground such as swings, small/large slides, tunnels, and more!
Shift Time: 2:00PM – 10:00PM
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Mold plastic parts while maintaining the efficiency and quality goals set in the department
- Set up and load molding machine per job order specifications
- Ensure accuracy of parts and inventory by ensuring proper inspecting and labeling techniques, we offer on-the-job training
- Comply with all safety requirements
- Rotate to other areas of the department to assist team members, when needed.
Attributes:
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the company, if needed.
- Comfortable making judgment calls on quality of parts and determining which parts need to be fixed
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload between work
- Work well with others and in a team environment
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to follow standard work and operating procedures
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Comfortable with grasping and pulling products and machines frequently
