Business Systems Analyst Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: None Type of Travel: None What You'll Get to Do: * The Business Systems Analyst responsibilities include: * Providing training on each new release. * Drafting and maintaining system documentation. * Participating in discussions concerning the monthly status report as applicable. * Evaluating and performing acceptance tests of newly developed or upgraded capabilities of customer or commercial software. * Assist in troubleshooting application issues. * Perform application testing at CACI office and customer site More About the Role:
Performs configuration management, including tracking new design, fabrication, and applications planning through testing, operation, specification, development, production, and operational stages and through system technology refreshment and upgrades. Drafts and updates application documents, e.g., System Requirements, User's Guides, Training Plans, Test Plans. Performs unit, integration, and regression testing of applications. Performs customer application demonstrations. You'll Bring These Qualifications: * 8 years of experience * 5 years experience in configuration management. * Must have the ability to communicate effectively with team and application users. * Must have familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, Adobe, Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers, JIRA Software.
