Bind is actively seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Bind Group Operations Specialist to support client success and operational excellence. The Group Operations Specialist will act as a critical problem solver and business operator, directly engaged in client onboarding and support. This role will develop key internal relationships and execute against established processes to ensure Bind employers and their members receive an excellent experience through efficient, accurate onboarding and timely issue resolution. Strong communication skills and systems-oriented thinking are important success indicators in this role, with duties that include project plan execution, account configuration, process monitoring, and issue investigation using a combination of industry-leading and proprietary tools. Primary Responsibilities:
- Upon assignment, coordinate and execute internal processes to ensure timely and accurate implementation and/or renewal of Bind clients, with a focus on fully insured and standard mid-market ASO business
- Intake, manage, research, and execute actions associated with client-related issues raised by internal stakeholders, for clients across the Bind book of business. Coordinate resolution and effective stakeholder communication with key Bind and UnitedHealthcare stakeholders. Document issues, findings, and resolutions in appropriate systems
- Follow established policies and procedures in execution, including use of multiple systems and processes, requiring interpretation and judgement of business needs
- Respond to changing business requirements and unique client needs, communicating with internal stakeholders as required to gather and capture information for process execution
- As required, communicate directly with stakeholders at UnitedHealthcare as well as client/broker contacts
- Utilize Bind systems, including proprietary tools, to execute information capture and activity tracking
- Accurately execute configure and changes Bind clients on the Bind Platform
- As assigned, manage client-requested changes to configuration and plan design, including cross-functional decision-making, notification, and execution
- As capacity allows and as assigned, support other administrative processes in Bind Operations, including but not limited to plan document production
- Work with all Bind teams/functions to identify, develop and improve processes for the onboarding and administration of clients
- Form highly effective working relationships across teams, including but not limited to: Bind account teams, product teams, enrollment operations, claims operations, pharmacy operations, network operations, and member experience

Required Qualifications:
- A BA/BS or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of professional experience in project management, business analysis, B2B customer support, or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience in a health plan environment with HIPAA requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to set realistic goals, manage expectations and prioritize needs of competing
- interests (client, operations, information systems, internal and external partners, sales)
- Ability to organize and schedule people and tasks to develop realistic action plans
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, and JIRA, Smartsheet and technical aptitude a plus

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $26.15 to $46.63. The hourly range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $28.85 to $51.30.
