Customer Service Rep



Job Description

PURPOSE:

  • Ensures all inbound paperwork from suppliers are accurate and detailed.
  • Receives inventory into ERP - Macola M10 for supplier-based orders.
  • Bills and prepares invoices for customers with complete accuracy.
  • Work with Inventory Control to receive inventory into warehouses and prepare reports as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure paperwork coming from our Suppliers is accurate.
  • Receive the inventory into our ERP System, then bill and invoice with attention to accuracy and within defined deadlines.
  • Work with Inventory Control Specialist to perform receiving into warehouses with attention to detail
  • Keeps Manager informed of area activities and of any significant problems.
  • Completes reports as requested by the IC Specialist
  • Attends and participates in meetings as required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/ Certifications:

  • Highschool Diploma
  • Experience: At least 1 year of Customer Service experience preferred
  • At least 1 year of Inventory Control preferred
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Outlook and Excel)Knowledge:
  • Willingness to acquire knowledge of company products and sales policies and procedures.

Skills/ Abilities:

  • Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
  • Well organized, manages time effectively and the ability to take action proactively
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and projects to meet daily deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication
