Job Title: Legal Case Manager

Location: Addison, TX

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Pay: $26.44 Hourly

Job Details:
As a Case Manager, you will educate, inform, guide, and motivate clients as you build value in the cases through the treatment stage. You will aggressive negotiate case settlements on behalf of clients’ best interests. Case Managers must offer a unique blend of cross-functional skills resulting from years of experience providing excellent customer service in the personal injury field to accommodate the needs of clients and the business

Job Requirements:

• Negotiate personal injury/motor vehicle accident claims for personal injury law firm preferred

• Insurance Adjuster experience

• Experience negotiating personal injury vehicle accident claims for personal injury law firms

• Minimum of 3 to 4 years of Motor Vehicle Accident experience (Adjusting or negotiating)

• Prior bodily injury experience

• Working knowledge of claims investigation techniques, medical and legal aspects of claims

• Strong negotiations skills, with a desire to negotiate
