We are the original meal kit company, and we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our AMAZING team! Dream Dinners is an innovative concept in meal preparation that eliminates the stress of dealing with dinner; we remove menu planning, shopping, prep-work, and clean up, leaving more quality time for families.
This position is approx. 10-15 hours per week and is perfect for anyone with evening and weekend availability. Starting pay is $15/hour plus a 40% employee discount. Hours and schedule will vary week-by-week but will typically include two weeknight shifts (Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday night) and two Saturday morning shifts per month.
Our store is GROWING, and we anticipate offering more hours in the near future – this is a great opportunity for you to grow with us!
Experience: 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience is preferred, but we offer on-the-job training, and experience is not required. What is more important to us is that you are teachable, reliable, enjoy interacting with people, and have a desire to learn about Dream Dinners and serve our guests. The focus of this position is engaging with guests during their store pickups, including talking to them about placing a future order, discussing our available Sides & Sweets Freezer items, and helping them out to their car.
At Dream Dinners, you will:
• Assist in guest pickups at the store, providing opportunities for add-on sales from our Sides & Sweets Freezer.
• Secure and place guest orders in our online system.
• Track sales and work with the team to meet weekly and monthly goals & expectations.
• Support our kitchen team as needed with light prep work.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store during your shift.
• Give our guests exceptional service & have a meaningful impact on their lives.

Note: This is not a remote position, but some training may be available virtually and can potentially be done from home. Applicants should plan on working all shifts in the Dream Dinners store and must be able to be on their feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
