NOTE: This position is a full-time role with a Sun-Thurs schedule of 4pm-1am given the times at which we serve the majority of our customers.

Well expect you to go above and beyond as you handle a variety of responsibilities that include:

• Be the leader for EasyBins in your market by ensuring your team is following established best practices
• Maintain staffing levels to meet needs of business; hire and onboard additional staff as needed; ensure current staff is adequately trained
• Constantly think outside the box to improve EasyBins best practices
• Own the customer experience and obsess over improvements in your hub by leveraging data and insights as well as feedback you collect from both your team and your customers.
• Ensure all orders are correctly picked and packed, tagged with order details and ready for delivery
• Partner with Customer Success team to identify and correct worrying trends quickly
• Become a subject matter expert in your role and model adherence to standard operating procedures of our EasyBins hubs.
• Oversee and provide back-stop support of EasyBins end-to-end processes in your local hub,, including transporting product from multiple stores back to our warehouse and to customers when necessary
• Monitor and maintain food safety compliance to established guidelines
• Create and maintain the schedule each week for your local hub team

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age; ability to pass background check
• Clean driving history, current drivers license, and reliable personal vehicle
• Smartphone with current iOS or Android operating systems
• Comfortable with using mobile technology to complete tasks and manage workflows
• Physical stamina to lift up to 30 pounds loading and unloading groceries
• Ability to walk distances while shopping and delivering groceries
• Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions
• Prompt and regular attendance based on your schedule
• Adherence to our dress code, appearance and personal hygiene standards

Pay: $45,000-$55,000 plus incentives based on performance
