Laboratory Administrative Assistant

• Responsible for the creation, modification, and updating of SampleManager LIMS Workflows for Project Base Implementation.
• Personnel will be performing complex data entry and data-loading into SampleManager.
• User will help forecasting with the schedule and update workflow data in a timely manner.
• Utilize technical knowledge from laboratory for updating of specifications in SampleManager System.
• Involved in day-to-day applications in SampleManager LIMS.

• Education required, however a biology or Chemistry degree preferred.
• Looking for someone ideally with 6 months-1 year working in a lab who can catch on quickly.
• Hours are extremely flexibly. 40 hours per week, consistent hours with their pick of hours. Open 24/7.
• They would be working in an office space as an individual contributor.
• There is a team planning dynamic. Team of 6 that are down to earth and relaxed.
• Looking for tech savvy, LIMS experience a plus.
