All Saints Receptionist (Part-time)

We are seeking: Receptionist/Concierge

Location: All Saints Senior Living - Shakopee

Scheduled: 1ST- 3 days a week and every other weekend
2nd- 2 days a week and every other weekend

*During the weekend its 9am- 5:30pm and during the week its 4pm- 7pm.

We are growing our team at All Saints Senior Living and invite a highly skilled Receptionist to apply that have a desire to spark lives and become a part of a top-notch assisted living community.

Greet visitors to the facility through all communication outlets with a focus on excellent customer service, business relations, and administrative duties.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Related administrative experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job is preferred.
  • Able to read, write and follow oral and written direction at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
  • Basic computer knowledge with an aptitude to learn company software.
  • Exceptional telephone and communication skills and the desire to work closely with senior adults is essential.
