Join the INN crew of Food & Beverage professionals as a Maitre d’! Position pays $16 - $20 per hour based on experience.

Our chefs are on a quest to return Chesapeake Bay cooking to its fundamental elements. Stars, the amazing dining experience at the iconic Inn at Perry Cabin, is looking for a Maître d’ to join our restaurant crew. As a pivotal member of our front-of-house service team, you will greet customers, make and confirm reservations, and lead the host crew to deliver the highest possible service standards. You are responsible for the logistic details, including reservations and arrangements for large parties, as well as setting the ambiance and atmosphere of the restaurant. Our ideal candidate has extensive experience in high-end food service environments, an impeccable demeanor, excellent customer service skills, and logistical and organizational acumen.

• Ability to remain professional and kind under pressure.
• Prior experience of a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant preferred.
• Adaptive organizational skills and the ability to change plans to meet new circumstances.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
