Job Requirements:

Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation decisions, promoting teamwork and handling any/all disciplinary actions, as required

Direct supervision of centralized sales team

Responsible for hiring, on-boarding, managing and directing the efforts and performance of staff from licensing, training, coaching, mentoring, ramp-up, sales and segment & brokerage referrals.

Directly responsible for assuring staff complies with all regulatory guidelines with respect to TDPCW/TDIS and TDWMSI offerings

Coaches regarding the client engagement, discovery, solution & delivery capabilities, follow up activities and skills to increase wallet share

Executes high impact activities and ongoing sales / product training, coaching and provides sales support related project coordination.

Increases sales productivity and referral productivity through active coaching on partnership skills with Stores to earn referrals

Partner with WMLs to review market performance, both internally and with Retail, for Retail referrals to the centralized sales desk. Manage RMM relationships across the Network to enhance confidence and referral volumes

Develops strong relationships within Wealth as well as TD Bank Retail/Commercial and other internal/external business partners. Leverages these networks to provide product training and sales ideas to improve sales and revenue across the footprint

Manages the response to Robo Hybrid Advice questions as volume builds

Implements and leads workforce management including development and monitoring of SLAs, forecasting staffing needs and schedules to optimize performance, management of referral routing and optimization of day-to-day schedule to improve team efficiency and minimize downtime

Participates in the build and then leads:

Outbound calling effort for prospects identified in uncovered Stores

Fielding 1-800 inquiries from prospects across digital and other sources

Advisor chat capabilities to engage with prospects and clients in a virtual chat session

Creation and ongoing delivery of automated reporting and dashboards

A virtual delivery for in-store clients and prospects to engage with a centralized sales professional through a warm handoff and personalized telephone delivery

Implements and manages an ongoing solution for transitional coverage of a field Advisors book (examples: cover books during FA/RM attrition, long term leave) & work with staff and Retail Store staff to identify "Indicia of Solicitation" by departed FAs/RMs.

Builds, implements and leads programs to transition small relationships, annuities in run off & clients with less complex servicing obligations to the centralized sales desk.

Assesses opportunities to support all Wealth segments and implement on additional responsibilities as approved

Provides insights to local competitive intelligence and market share analysis.

Teams with business development executive to launch campaigns that effectively generate leads and opportunities.

Participates in community, and business development activities focused on enhancing profile of TD Wealth

Monitors, manages and approves expenditures, and prepares monthly financial statements and administrative reports.

Provides leadership and works with managers to develop, retain and promote highly competent, customer service oriented staff; develops and maintains continuous FTE pipeline to ensure staffing needs are met

Job Profile Summary

The Centralized Sales Manager is responsible for the direct management of a team of centralized sales professionals. Key objectives of this job include hiring, on-boarding and direct management and supervision of the day-to-day activities and performance of staff. Responsibilities include training and coaching staff regarding delivering capabilities virtually and partnership skills to build relationships. The role will be the principal over the activity of the centralized sales professionals, with responsibility for suitability, knowledge of products & platform, ultimate review of the business activity.

The Centralized Sales Manager will be responsible for participating in the building and then leading the implementation of multiple strategic initiatives designed around increasing client and prospect engagement & marketing, transitional book coverage and centralizing book coverage as well as performance reporting and workforce management.

This role will be responsible for partnering with Wealth Market Leaders to review market performance of Retail referrals and managing RMM relationships across footprint to enhance confidence in the centralized sales desk and increase referral volumes.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

7 - 10+ years related experience

Required Licenses or Registrations (or ability to obtain within Licensing & Registration Schedule): Life/Health, Series 65, 7 and 24

Excellent communication skills.

Proven managerial skills.

Previous sales/leadership experience

Demonstrated attention to detail and effective project management skills.

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Demonstrated experience performing complex financial, statistical and budgetary analyses, preferably in the banking industry.
