General Job Duties:
Customer Service Reps (CSR)/Insider/Pizza Maker:
- Smiling and engaging within Store Customers and Phone Orders
- Order Taking using a computer
- Product Making/Handling
- Afternoon/Evening/Late Night hours

Training in any position leads to raises and promotions!
Assistants can get into the General Manager in Training (GMiT) program; 4 levels with a $1.00 raise after each level. Upon completion, GMiTs will be ready for the General Manager position.
We are a 70-store franchise, Team Carolinas, so promotions for various levels are usually done within the existing employee pool.
