Client Relations Specialist
Job Description
- Quoting / Bidding projects
- Pursuing & Following Up Sales leads
- Manage relationships with Vendors and Suppliers
- All aspects of Customer Service, including prompt response to customer needs
- All aspects of Project Management from Start to Project Completion.
- Assist architects and designers with specifications and details by phone, mail, and e-mail
- Speaking with architects, engineers, owners, and contractors
- Works with outside sales representatives to support sales initiatives and keep account activities and literature up to date.
- Maintaining and Organizing Job Quotes
- Processing Orders
- Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm's production and delivery schedules and coordinating with installers
- Investigates and resolves customer problems with shipping and delivery issues
- Shipping / Receiving assistance as needed
- Literature, Samples, & Information requests
- Related tasks, as required
