Client Relations Specialist



Job Description

  • Quoting / Bidding projects
  • Pursuing & Following Up Sales leads
  • Manage relationships with Vendors and Suppliers
  • All aspects of Customer Service, including prompt response to customer needs
  • All aspects of Project Management from Start to Project Completion.
  • Assist architects and designers with specifications and details by phone, mail, and e-mail
  • Speaking with architects, engineers, owners, and contractors
  • Works with outside sales representatives to support sales initiatives and keep account activities and literature up to date.
  • Maintaining and Organizing Job Quotes
  • Processing Orders
  • Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm's production and delivery schedules and coordinating with installers
  • Investigates and resolves customer problems with shipping and delivery issues
  • Shipping / Receiving assistance as needed
  • Literature, Samples, & Information requests
  • Related tasks, as required
