Job Descriptions

• Auto Parts knowledge preferred, especially products and product lines of aftermarket car parts and accessories
• Basic computer literacy (data entry, word processing, accessing web sites, using electronic mail, using search engines)
• Responsible for providing amicable, courteous, personable, and professional customer service
• Answer multi-lined telephone inquiries regarding availability, pricing, and order inquiries
• Create customer sales invoices, handle exchanges and return requests, using our proprietary software
