What you will be doing
You will be cooking for both established menus and special banquet events. The Chef relies on you to “get it right” and you take pride in making it happen. The bustle and intensity of the kitchen energizes you. You understand the importance of staying within budget, and knowing exactly how much to prep. You also understand the importance and necessity of kitchen cleanliness and safe food handling. Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
The ideal candidate for this position
One or more years of experience as a line cook | High-energy, proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment | Ability to work (and have fun) in a diverse team | Passionate about food | Ability to work under stress.
