What’s a typical day as a Production Operator?

• Monitors and operates equipment and facilities, including field equipment, ensuring quality and conformance with standard operating procedures.
• Always maintains safety standards and follows emergency procedures when necessary.
• Rotates through various roles within the area, including, in some cases, a control room rotation.
• From May to August, you will be working on a variety of tasks at the site Indoor and/or Outdoor.
• Starting in August, you will transition to a Warehousing and/or Packaging role.
• Forklift Experience a plus, Corteva forklift training provided.
• Must be able to Lift 50lbs, complete repetitive tasks, and be able to sit and stand for long periods,

• Pay Rate – $16.00 for new recruits & $16.50 for eligible returning employees
• Schedules may change depending on site needs. 40 hours plus OT as needed
• 2nd shift - $.75 cent shift differential per hour (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM tentative)
• 3rd shift - $1 shift differential per hour (10 PM – 6:30 AM tentative)
• $500.00 "Start Up Bonus" (eligible at the end of their first 4 weeks of work).
• $500.00 "Continuous Employment Bonus" (eligible every 16 weeks of continuous work).
