Backstop Solutions is looking for Ruby on Rails software developers at all levels. Our technology stack is built around a matureRuby on Rails application, complete with automated testing and a tight deployment process. Core Skills:* You care about writing readable, maintainable code that can be easily extended in the future* You are interested in test-driven development to prove your feature works the way you expected* You make security a primary concern when building systems that handle sensitive data* You are interested in pair programming and are able to give and receive constructive feedback* You are eager to work on every aspect of an end-to-end software creation process, from feature conception to product delivery* You are down-to-earth and are willing to learn from all of your co-workers* You are interested in furthering your craftsmanship and technical skills

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent training and experience* A strong understanding of object-oriented design* Experience designing web applications in Ruby on Rails or a similar MVC framework in a related language (python/perl/php)* Experience with React, Clojure or Java is a big plus
