Responsibilities
- Applying digital recruiting resources
- Maintaining new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations
- Performing various administrative duties
- Drawing up and posting job opportunity advertisements
- Supplying and screening candidates through various sources and platforms
- Directing interviews
- 1+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- You need proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
- Competent in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
- General familiarity with Microsoft Word
- Expertise in Recruiting Functions
- Adeptness in Taleo Recruiting Software
- Foundational knowledge in Recruiting Processes
- Solid understanding of Full Cycle Recruiting
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Recruiting personnel experience
- Recruiting Sources experience highly desired
- Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
