Primary Responsibilities:

• Ordering product
• Running out of stock reports and ordering alternate product as needed
• Managing and monitoring product system setup & maintenance
• Monitoring / Maintaining appropriate logs for recalled products, medications and devices to ensure compliance
• Utilizing Excel spreadsheets to manage days supply and proactive order product
• Moderate work experience within the Procurement/Purchasing/Sourcing functions
• Some work is completed without established procedures
• Basic tasks are completed without review by others
• Supervision / guidance is required for higher level tasks

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or 6+ month experience Procurement/Purchasing/Sourcing
• 1+ year of experience working in a pharmacy environment
• Ability to multi-task efficiently
• Intermediate Excel user experience
• Previous Procurement/Purchasing/Sourcing
