Application Support Engineer - Java, PHP, Node, Javascript, Angular
Direct Hire - Onsite in Calabasas, CA

Seeking a Technical Support, QA Engineer or Application Support Engineer to join growing team within the fast-growing Entertainment domain. Open to a Junior Engineer that is seeking more experience on the application support and client engagement side or a QA Engineers that is seeking more client facing support opportunities.

Must be able to work Onsite in the Calabasas, CA office Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and debug existing application / software issues with customer service team
• Assist customer service team in gathering details about issues within software from clients
• Communicate with Developers and QA Engineers on issues within application
• Expand and enhance our developer platform and APIs
• Troubleshoot issues within code and escalate to developers

Experience Desired:

• Background within technical support, application support or QA engineering
• Basic experience with Java, JavaScript, Node, PHP or Angular is ideal
• Some coding or programming experience is highly desired
• API development and integration is a plus
• Familiar in client-side application troubleshooting
• Experience with SQL relational databases management is ideal
• Experience in using JIRA and familiar with SDLC methodologies
