Job Description

Erick Ellgren - Allstate Agency, located in Honolulu, HI, has an immediate opening for afull-time, Customer ServiceRepresentative. Insurance experience is not required. Wewill train the right person with the right attitude and skill set. Remote potential for the right candidate (must be located in Hawaii).

Responsibilitiesinclude, but not limited to:

  • Provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
  • Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Have the ability to upsell accounts and ask for referrals
  • Have the ability to complete policy reviews

  • Patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
  • Ability to empathize with and advocate for clients when necessary.
  • Strong Problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Bilingual a plus
  • P&C license (must have or be able to obtain).
