Talent by Blind recruiters can connect companies with the best candidates because of our trust with engineers built over the past 8 years.
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to increase awareness and drive leads for our recruiting services and products. This will be our first marketing hire for Talent by Blind and an opportunity to build a foundation for a fast growing team. Working at Blind, you will have access to the most unique content and data that will inspire us to develop creative solutions.
- Develop the marketing strategy for Talent by Blind with the purpose to increase demand for our recruiting services and products
- Create integrated marketing campaigns across all marketing channels such as PR, content, paid, and events
- Develop content strategy to establish thought leadership on job market trends, utilizing unique data and content from the Blind community
- Create and manage sales collateral and to support the business development team
- Develop KPIs and cost per conversion goals
- Track and analyze campaign performance, managing the budget, and ensuring that all marketing materials are in line with our brand identity
- Collaborate with Product, Recruiting, and Data teams
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a mix of demand generation, content strategy, or paid search campaigns
- Demonstrated success in generating leads for B2B products in previous roles supported by data
- A solid understanding of marketing analytics, A/B testing, attribution analysis and keyword targeting
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, presentation
