General Laborer/Assembler (FT)
Job Description
The duties and responsibilities of a laborer are all geared toward maintaining a clean, safe and efficient work site while also supporting the overall project.
The list of duties and responsibilities for a laborer on any given day may include the following:

- Cleaning and preparing work sites.
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Building and taking down temporary structures.
- Operating and tending tools and equipment.
- Following instructions from supervisors and implementing plans.
- Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties.
It is preferred but not required that general labor employees possess at least a minimal competency in the following areas:
- Reading, writing and speaking the English language.
- Using a tape measure.
- Understanding pallet dimensions.
- Understanding lock/tagout out procedures.
- Performing other duties directed by management.
