We are looking for a Regional Vice President leading Aluma Systems USA, this role will oversee and manage all aspects of the division operations in order to ensure maximization of company profits. As the leader of Aluma Systems USA, you will assume the strategic leadership role in the overall management of the business with responsibility for a $100M+ P&L. Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions will assist our organization in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives. The successful Leaders should account for all business activities, support staff development, enhance efficiency, drive sales and improve revenue, maintain relationships with clients, enhance the organization's image, and meet overall growth objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Provide leadership, establish strategic direction and drive operations to exceed business objectives

  • Responsible for divisions $100M+ P&L

  • Maximize profits through establishing business plan, achieving forecasts, and ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Responsible for all operations of the division, including sales, administration, finance, engineering and marketing

  • Recruits, hires, and manages personnel and ensures the divisions organizational structure is appropriate to support current and future operations

  • Capable of conducting product and market analysis

  • Good understanding of sales, pricing strategies and cash flow

Qualifications & Skills

  • Superior knowledge and understanding of different business functions within an organization across multiple time zones

  • Exceptional budgeting and finance skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization

  • Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence and executive presence ability to motivate staff

  • Enhance efficiencies, drive sales and improve revenue, maintain relationships with clients, enhance the organization's image, and meet overall growth objectives.

  • Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses

  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation

  • Ability to meet condensed deadlines with accuracy and confidence

  • Excellent written, verbal communication skills

  • Willingness to travel to companys locations as needed

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or Construction Management; MBA preferred

Experience

  • 10+ years in progressively responsible leadership roles, in construction or manufacturing

  • Strong work ethic and commitment to implementation and execution

  • Ability to read improvement plans, formulate budgets and understand accounting principles

  • Foster and maintain a strong team working environment

  • Strong computer skills

  • Strong negotiating skills

  • Action and results oriented

  • Superior ability to successfully multi-task and utilize project management skills

  • Strong leadership and team focus A MUST

  • Must be able to grow talent and lead with humility and authority
