Head of Product / IVR

A financial services firm in the Charlotte Metro area is hiring a Head of Product to oversee their IVR product experiences. Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) for voice experience to understand the clients' needs is something you'll be focused on. This is a growing team, looking for someone who's scaled a Product team before and can bring their expertise of AGILE to the table.

You will partner with internal stakeholders, user experience designers and strategists, engineering and other product teams to accomplish your goals, identify pain points and solve problems. This is a leadership role with opportunity for advancement where you will train, organize events and mentor team members. This role is a hybrid in office position. Preference is for a candidate who is local to Charlotte, NC or Philadelphia, PA.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of industry experience in product management operations or similar roles (Project or program management)
  • 5+ years Experience leading and successfully completing product management practice improvement programs
  • Self-starter, enjoys a challenge, loves organization, thrives on results
  • Enterprise Product management experience
  • Proven experience leading a sizeable product management team
  • Strong collaboration skills, excellent problem solving
  • Strong knowledge of AGILE, Scrum, working with engineering and product teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication
Desired Skills & Experience
  • BS or BA in management, business, computer science or similar industry
  • Prior experience as an agile coach or scrum master
