Tax Auditor
Classification: Internal Auditor
Compensation: $70000.00 to $95000.00 yearly

The Tax Auditor opportunity, which is located in Huntersville, North Carolina, is a permanent role. This position would be a great fit for applicants that are capable of multitasking in a product work culture.
Your responsibilities
- Pinpoint key risks and integrity controls by mapping and recording processes
- Perform special research and projects as needed
- Assist in coordination of third-party compliance assessments and audits
- Perform internal QC reviews on tax documents
- Efficiently relay project status to members of the team
- Construct a range of audit observations and recommendations to management both verbally and in writing
- Perform follow-up on both open and past due errors
- Public tax consulting or audit experience; internal corporate audit experience also acceptable
- Annual Tax experience
- Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment
- CPA certification a plus
