Position Overview:

We are seeking a Sr. Director of Global Strategic Partnerships tojoin the global partner ecosystem team. You will have the exciting opportunityto help shape and deliver on our strategy to build mindshare and broad useof Siemens Xcelerator portfolio with our global strategic partners andtheir clients. Your responsibilities will include leading a high performingteam of Global Partner Managers to develop deep business, strategic, andtechnical relationships with the different companies and their client base toidentify where we can unlock significant joint business potential.

You will leverage your experience within the C-Suite to develop ateam of trusted Global Partner Managers to engage partners and Siemens teams todrive innovation, business outcomes, and industry transformation for thebusiness and our customers. Your team will work closely with the SiemensDigital Industries Software sales teams across the globe to supportinteractions with the partners and customers to create long-term businessopportunities and strong partnership economic value. Your team will workclosely with these partners and other organizations within Siemens to identifyand build innovative industry solutions along with our business units andindustry experts to drive transformational change within their clients

Essential Functions:

The ideal candidate will possess a business background thatenables the team to drive engagements at the CxO/VP level, as well as aleadership background to build and lead a high-performance global team. Ademonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business,product, and technical challenges with the ability to develop and conveycompelling value propositions and build consensus across the organization is a must.

Leadership and management of Global Strategic Partner teamincluding resource management, hiring, mentorship, and performancemanagement

Well versed in strategic planning, strategic account engagement,consultative selling, leading senior negotiations and partner contracts,building strategic relationships with large enterprise firms, and experienceworking with partners to deliver unique and differentiated solutions

Effectively engage with partners to develop, package, andposition differentiated solutions based on Siemens and the partners unique IP,to deliver business value to customers in target markets

Ability to lead globally, demonstrating the highest levels ofleadership and communications, while collaborating with disparate teams

Project management (scope, deliverable, timeline, risk,budget)

Minimum Requirements:

The right person will be both strategic and analytical skills,and possess 10+ years of business

development, strategic partnerships, account management, solutionselling, or program/product management experience.

Prior experience working with Software products & servicesincluding go-to-market strategy, partner programs, Cloud Solutions, andmarketplace is a must!

Must currently reside in the Continental USA, and not be in needof Visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Experience with managing partnerships (alliances, sales, ortechnical)

Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal andexternal organizations

Degree required. MBA, Masters preferred

Must have previous direct-management experience of a Team ofSales Reps or Managers

Must have previous PLM or Enterprise direct software salesexperience

Strong leadership and coalition building skills in a highlydynamic and fluid working environment; along with the ability to manage complexcross organizational, cross company interactions

Must be a team player who is goal-oriented and confident, withaptitude and desire to build a high performing team and business

Demonstrated ability to get things done, build consensus,resolve conflict, and solve tough business problems, working in concert withothers

Highest levels of written, oral, and interpersonal communicationskills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

A keen sense of ownership, drive, and execution

Strong knowledge of Siemens Digital Industries Software strategyand product portfolio desired

Approximately 25% travel could be required
