As a Senior Manager Sales Operations, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Your Skills and Expertise
Gather requirements for development of key sales effectiveness and customer vitality reporting and score cards; determine KPI and tracking mechanisms
Develop, maintain, and distribute territory-level reporting for bookings, shipments, backlog, and pipeline.
Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce.com; partner with Salesforce.com Administrator and Developer as well as Sales Management to improve upon CRM implementation via new dashboards, features, and sales processes
Develop, maintain, and distribute field territory maps, sales quotas, and sales incentive plan documentation
Create pipeline accuracy tracking reporting; report out results monthly to provide Sales management with tools to performance manage their teams.
Continuously improve reporting provided to Sales team; actively work to optimize and improve reporting while also converting reporting to self-service dashboard offerings
Contribute to commercial scorecards and management reporting package; provide variance analysis for managements review
Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators.
Calculate and analyze monthly and quarterly sales commissions.
Provide periodic and ad-hoc financial analyses and reporting in support of executive management.
Manage Commercial transformation programs as needed to drive business growth in the US.
Provide insight and support for tools and systems utilized in your area. Partner with IT and Commercial leaders on development projects to improve tool function and capability.
Support commercial insight discussions and reviews to help drive alignment across Commercial, Franchises and Senior Leadership.
Continuously identify areas of improvement and drive streamlined processes to improve support delivered to internal customers.
Ensure proper controls are maintained for all responsible areas.
Develop Sales Operations team members through great direction, coaching and development discussions
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Vyaire is looking for candidates who have the following required qualifications:
BA in Business, Economics or related area, MBA a plus
5+ years related sales operations experience
3+ years management experience and demonstrated ability to build and develop team
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Experience working in the medical device industry preferred
Experience as a member of a team or a leader implementing process improvements
Experience working in reporting tools, data warehouse and CRM systems; Salesforce.com and QuickSight experience preferred
Professional and positive communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work and lead cross-functional
Travel: May include up to 10%[domestic/international]
