We are currently seeking a qualified Managing Director in search of a long-term career opportunity. Come grow with us!
The Dispute Resolution Managing Director will be a key member of the SOCOTEC leadership team providing traditional construction dispute case leadership including analysis, opinion, and expert testimony in support of mediation, arbitration or trial proceedings. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple caseloads, have an extensive track record of project testimony and a stellar reputation in the industry. As a senior member of the SOCOTEC team, a key responsibility includes the expansion of the SOCOTEC client base.
Specific responsibilities include the following:
• Industry networking and opportunity development
• Preparing statements of qualification & engagement letters
• Develop project strategy, work plans and budgets
• Perform, review and critique schedule and cost analysis
• Draft, review, and critique presentation and report demonstrables
• Provide opinion framework
• Write and edit expert opinion(s)
• Provide expert testimony as required
Qualifications
• 15+ years of construction dispute resolution experience required
• BS Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management
• Testimony experience is required
• Consistently demonstrate SOCOTEC value
