• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Computer Knowledge

• Good communication skills

Atlantic Blue Water Services, a Water Filtration & Conditioning Company, has an immediate opening for a Water Quality Lab Technician. The Water Quality Lab Technician’s roles and responsibilities include:

• Preparing & Testing water samples submitted to Lab

• Entering Water Test results and generating reports to be delivered to the customer
• Cleaning, Sterilizing, Calibrating & Maintaining all Lab Equipment and Lab workspace
• Receiving & Entering Water Quality Reports from other Labs. Preparing report to be delivered to the customer.
• Posting the finalized reports with the appropriate Water Specialist and customer accounts
• Conducting monthly inventory of reagents, solutions, and other supplies for the Lab

• Communicating with EPA certified Lab as needed

• Basic Mathematics Skills

The candidate must possess the following abilities:

• Maintain effective working relationships with all employees and general public
• Distinguish between shades of color for testing

• Detect odors from water for reporting

Working Environment & Conditions:

This position works in an internal environment and can be standing for long periods of time.

Pay:

Negotiable

Full-time position, plus Benefits after 90 days, that can include:
