The key outcomes and objectives for the Renovation Production Supervisor position is the overall responsibility for development, implementation, skill growth and engagement of employees and the systems necessary to achieve client satisfaction and the company’s objectives. Coordinates with production departments to ensure quality materials as specified, on time, for projects as scheduled. Supervisor will organize, within the Landscape Maintenance Department, all crews that are active in delivering landscape renovation services to our clients, and assist in planning, directing, coordinating, and supervising their activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of quality and productivity.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Landscape Renovation

  • Leadership effectiveness in communication, performance management and creating an environment where team members are engaged and learning
  • Client satisfaction achieved
  • Job Planning/Scheduling
  • Equipment assignments optimum for project, maintained and accounted for
  • Materials are ordered, reserved, and delivered in time to meet project schedule
  • Prepare annual budgets
  • Communication and coordination with Client Service Representative until project close out
  • Daily review of crew schedules and projects
  • Always promote and ensure safety standards.
  • Take responsibility for efficiency and positive P&L statements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Winter Snow Removal – As assigned for on-call snow removal duties during winter season.

This is full-time year-round employment, during the winter we do snow removal, training and complete projects.

We are a Great Place to Work: {apply below} A 2 or 4 year degree from an accredited college in Landscape Construction or other Horticulture field.

Licensing/Registration/Certification

Required: Driver’s License with a responsible driving record, Pesticide Applicator’s License Catagory III Certification (Turf and Ornamentals)

Preferred: WI Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), Certified Landscape Technician (LIC) Construction Certification, Category IV Certification (Aquatics)

Experience

Required: A minimum of 4 years of field experience working with and installing landscape materials and hardscape. A minimum of 4 years’ experience scheduling, planning, and managing landscape crews.

Preferred: Computer experience in Microsoft Office and landscape enterprise system. purchasing equipment and materials related to the landscape industry. Bilingual in English and Spanish.

  • Knowledge of specific trucks, tractors, equipment and implements including proper loading, tie down, and trailering procedures.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with groups of people such as clients, employees, and management.
