Ian's Commissary Kitchen (otherwise known as "The Lab") is a high volume production kitchen serving our six Wisconsin stores. We produce all of our salad dressings, pizza sauces, and toppings, like our Jerk Chicken, Smoked Brisket, and House-made Italian Sausage!

Commissary Cooks | Chop, prep, mix, and cook ALL THE THINGS!

• Prepare sauces, dressings and meats according to recipes.
• Package, label, and date products following necessary guidelines.
• Keep your area clean, organized and well stocked.
• Conduct yourself by Ian's Pizza standards and values at all times.

Qualifications | Working hard but having fun while doing it.

• Catering, large scale food production, prep, or banquet experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus!
• Self-motivated, friendly attitude.
• Works and communicates well with others.
• Show up to scheduled shifts on time and ready to work.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to use ovens (up to 500 degrees), knives, and other equipment.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.

Scheduling Requirements | Shifts that fit your schedule!

• Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 6am-midnight, Saturday 12pm-10pm.
• Shifts: relatively flexible, can be any times during hours of operation!
• Hours: Part-time or full-time.
