Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year

Established Construction Company is looking for an experienced Superintendent for one or more of our New Construction Commercial/Multi Family Projects in the North Austin area.

• 8 hour shift

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
• Apprentice Plumbing License

Job Details

Plumbing Superintendent job duties include (but not limited to):

• Providing on site management of materials, manpower, and General Contractors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Must Have:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Plumbing Superintendent
• Experience with multi-family construction projects
• Preferred experience with wrap, podium style apartment projects
