TITLE: Director of Knowledge Management Location: Chicago, IL As Director of Knowledge Managment, you will be responsible for creating and delivering training, documentation, and information to both customers and customer facing teams. You will lead the Knowledge Management function across the organization. What You’ll Do: * Build the Knowledge Management team from the ground up, in collaboration with the VP, Customer Experience and other department heads * Assess, implement, and leverage a Knowledge Management System to deliver content internally and externally * Create and maintain an internal Knowledge Base, that will be used by internal teams for new hire training, continuing education, and supporting customers * Create and maintain an external Knowledge Base, that will be used by customers to learn about our product, services, and cryptocurrency * Help to lead the "self-support model” leveraged by CoinFlip; whose goal is to empower the customer to learn and ultimately decrease their need to contact CoinFlip customer support * Create and maintain a Customer Forum, that will enable our customer base to interact with each other, share ideas, and help each other get answers to their questions * Collaborate with Engineering to ensure our applications have imbedded support tools that can leverage our knowledge base material to provide suggested solutions to problems via automation * Collaborate with Marketing to design company website and online content to help educate our existing and prospective customers, including the design of training videos and interactive training materials * Monitor and evaluate the knowledge management program, including benchmarking and evaluation programs/opportunities; Monitor trends in knowledge management and identify gaps Skills / Experience You Will Need: * Passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience * Strong attention to detail, with a willingness to dive deep into data to inform design decisions * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience meeting with and communicating information to senior management * Flexible and adaptable to meeting the needs of a high-growth and fast-paced organization About Infinity Consulting Solutions At Infinity Consulting Solutions our mission is to cultivate successful long term relationships with candidates and clients matching the right candidate with the right client.
