reStart Inc is looking for a Guest Support Representative who will work First shift- Part Time andwho will be responsible for the safety of reStart staff, property and clients. You will assist the social services team members with a variety of needs for our clients and will monitor security cameras and actively patrol the property. You will be trained on how to assist clients and where to refer them when needed. You will need to consistently be on time, be professional and be self-motivated.

Other duties could be:

• Intervene in disputes between clients using de-escalation techniques.
• Document incidents, observations and activities that would affect operational security.
• Respond to emergencies within the building.

What do you need to work here?

You need to be positive, flexible and have experience working with customers and security. You will need to pass a drug screen and criminal background check will be required.

When would you work?

You will need to be available for weekends Saturday and Sunday part time 7am-3pm
