In Short
ATM.com seeks a Customer Support Representative (CSR) to serve its growing user base. The CSR will work directly with users and various teams to facilitate an exemplary user experience. Youll take the lead ensuring any user inquiry is answered in a timely manner along with setting the direction for Customer Service team expansion and leadership.
What Youll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support as the first point of contact for all user inquiries, concerns, feedback, and requests
- Handle complaints, escalate issues appropriately, educate and assist customers, research and troubleshoot technical problems, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up in a timely manner to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open, thoughtful, personalized interaction
- Handle social media responses through Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, App Store and the Google Play Store.
- Participate in QA for both Apple and Android apps.
- Solicit user feedback through user forums and one on one sessions.
Requirements
What to Bring
- Experience with Jira Service Desk, Jira, Slack
- Highly analytical and structured thinking
- Communicates effectively (written and verbal)
- Friendly and adaptable
- Strong grammatical skills
- WPM exceeding 55
- Employment subject to criminal records background check
- App savvy
