Job Description

Manage the day-to-day operations of all divisions--front desk, housekeeping, and guest services--for a hotel located minutes from NYC

Strive to provide an elegant guest experience

Greet guests upon arrival and process their check-in according to company protocol

Stock additional linens and toiletries to accommodate guests’ extras requests

Follow-up with Guests upon check-in to make sure they settled in well

Follow-up with Guests prior to check-out to make sure they enjoyed their stay
