Job Description Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing and 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a Strategic Communications Advisor (SCA) to support the U.S. Army's Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Task Force's (TF) modernization campaign. The SCA will provide planning, development, implementation, and measurement of a strategic communications focused on internal and external communication activities and initiatives. In this position, you will work alongside other SETAs, Systems Engineers, and Intelligence professionals that provide technical, operational and strategic guidance for Intelligence Community (IC) policymakers. The successful candidate is someone who thrives in a fast pace environment, is a proven self-starter capable of working both independently and with a team and is interested in solving complex problems. Primary Responsibilities: * Improve internal and external communications that provides clear, accurate, and consistent communication of strategic themes and messages, core competencies, strategic vision and goals, and priorities. * Ensure all communication products adhere to appropriate public relations and media professional standards, including, at a minimum, prohibitions against plagiarism. * Develop communications strategies, plans, and messaging frameworks around existing and new information platforms and data on the priorities to design the most effective and engaging messages and communications process that result in * Synchronize efforts and greater stakeholder awareness * Design, develop, produce and consult on a variety of internal and external communications materials and media. * Apply advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise; full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Required Skills * BA or BS degree * Ability to research, coordinate, develop, edit, and prepare briefings, articles, speeches, talking points, handouts, or other materials that provide internal and external outreach in terms of client roles and responsibilities * Ability to interpret and synthesize data on relevant market environment, media profiles, valuable opportunities, industry trends and present comprehensive research reports * Ability to obtain a TS/SCI Security Clearance Required Experience * 5+ years of experience with communications planning support, including communications campaign development, product integration, writing, communications coordination, stakeholder communications, messaging, outreach, and execution * 3+ years' experience in top-level messaging, support to senior leadership * Experience with Corporate, DOD & Congressional Stakeholders Desired Qualifications * Demonstrated competence supporting Army / DoD, or equivalent component * Experience with Digital methods and tools * BA or BS degree in a communications-related field preferred; MA or MS degree in a communications-related field a plus Job Location Crystal City, Virginia, United States Position Type Full-Time/Regular US Citizenship Required Yes Ability to obtain a Security Clearance Yes Polygraph Required Not Required
