SVP of People & Culture
Description Nonprofit in Manhattan is looking for an SVP of People & Culture to add to their Executive Human Resources Team! The SVP of People & Culture will be an integral part of the companies growth and will oversee a team of 6-8 employees.
The areas that the the SVP of People & Culture will oversee will include:
-Benefits -Payroll -Talent Acquisition -People Operations -DEI -Employee Engagement & Culture
The ideal SVP of People & Culture candidate will have: -10+ years of HR experience -Supervisory experience -Nonprofit preferred

Bachelor's degree in human resources or relevant field
Exemplary ethics, integrity, and standards
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
Broad knowledge of HR policies, benefits administration, compensation and wage structure
1+ years of supervisory experience within human resources
Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications are preferred
Knowledge of HR software and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to view issues with an objective lens
5+ years in human resources
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
