PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The company Insulation Product Testing Contractor is responsible for organizing and performing testing as a member of the Product Development Teams. The insulation Product Testing Contractor will interface with the Testing Lead and Core Lab personnel to support testing, test method development, and reporting out of testing results.

Reports to: Product Testing Lead

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Safety
-Demonstrate an unconditional commitment to safety and to safety procedures/policies.
-Identify and drive for solutions to safety risks
Maintain safety certifications (Monthly safety trainings, JHAs and SOPs) and participate in regular safety meetings
Testing Support
-Support day to day testing required to support specific insulation business
-Partner with testing lead to understand and execute testing
-Identify appropriate testing and collaborate with partners to determine amount of material needed
-Find opportunities to improve/develop test methods as needed
Quality Commitment
-Demonstrate a commitment to quality
-Maintain personal training record for all standardized insulation test methods
-Document all testing data appropriately in LIMS, lab notebooks, memo reports or technical reports
-Report all deviations in quality in the form of a CAPA

Requirements:
-Ability to work in a team environment
-Laboratory experience - preferred
