A trusted client of Randstad's has a DIRECT HIRE opportunity for an experienced Medical Revenue Cycle Director local to Boston, MA. Minimum of seven years of progressive experience in healthcare finance management and detailed knowledge of the revenue cycle in a healthcare setting are required outpatient services preferred. Responsibilities

• Develops Revenue Cycle strategy and establish a metric driven approach to managing revenue cycle functions, report on performance, and analyze data and KPIs to ensure functions are operating at maximum efficiencies;

• Develops and monitors Key Performance Indicators on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for key stakeholders. Follows through by monitoring qualitative and quantitative performance to ensure achievement of targeted financial goals;

• Creates & implements strategies across company to optimize cash collections, reduce days in AR, and reduce denial and adjustment rates. Works closely with our office manager team to share best practices and improve over-the-counter collections;

• Oversees billing and collections staff for company, either directly or through a Revenue Cycle Manager;
