Responsibilities
Guidehouse is looking for a highly driven Manager with exceptional critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills to join the Sales Enablement (SE) team. The position requires a thorough understanding of the business-to-business sales cycle and customer lifecycle, enabling you to confidently work with executive and sales leadership to drive key strategic and operational initiatives. The right candidate will have the opportunity to engage with a broad network, work both independently and in teams, and optimize overall sales efficiency by refining processes and making systematic enhancements. Candidates should have strong business consulting, project management and analytical skills and an ability to facilitate cross-organizational collaboration to drive actionable and measurable results.
In this role, you will:
Act as a trusted thought partner to a range of cross-functional stakeholders across the Executive, Segment and Sales Leadership teams, Marketing, Finance, Recruiting, and other Corporate Services
Help to define and drive strategic sales priorities at the corporate, segment and account levels
Evaluate business performance, diagnose root causes, and prescribe action informed by data-driven insights
Assist in enterprise, segment and account strategic planning by managing the processes and building subject matter expertise (SME)
Work with Internal Communications, Learning and Development teams and relevant SMEs to develop and implement communication and training plans for SE services and key initiatives
Collaborate with Sales and Segment leadership to design and execute innovation sessions and planning meetings
Support development, execution and monitoring of programs supporting Business Developers and Customer Relationship Executives, including performance management
Drive special projects that promote continuous improvement, including refining processes, ensuring compliance, identifying areas of unmet need within our internal client base, etc.
Qualifications
5+ years working in a Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer Success Enablement role; management consulting experience would be preferable
Self-motivated team player with innovative ideas to drive revenue growth
A proven track record of solving complex problems, driving initiatives cross functionally, and ability to explain complex concepts to audiences in a simplistic way
Understand industry best practices of core sales operations functions including business analytics.
Strong project management experience with demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
Ability to frame business problems, design and execute analyses to inform solutions, and communicate insights with a bias towards action
Expertise in Excel, Powerpoint, data analysis, secondary research
Ability to work within a fast-paced, high-growth work environment.
BA or BS degree at minimum, MBA a plus
