Account Coordinator
Job Description
Ajilon is urgently looking to hire 2 Logistic Account Coordinators in the city of Rancho Cucamonga, this is a temp to hire opportunity with one of our most reputable clients. If you have high volume customer service experience, please apply today.
Responsibilities:
- Heavy order processing
- Navigation of EDI software, faxing and email
- Coordinating and prioritizing orders to insure correct and timely shipments.
- Rectify customer issues with orders
- Communicating with customers on shipping issues, delays, and updates
- 3 years logistics experience
- Strong MS excel skills (will be tested)
- Data entry skills
- Ability to multitask
- Highly organized
Requirements:
Pay : $18/hour - $21/hour
