IMPartner Architect

This is a Full-time position or contract to hire position reporting into Sales and Marketing Solutions team under IT (Enterprise Applications). Candidates should have a minimum of 10+ years of technical experience in implementing Partner Management tools like IMPartner preferably in the Technology sector.

Summary

Solidigm is looking for a IMPartner Architect with experience in implementing IMPartner for similar technology companies. Candidate should be proficient in the entire partner management cycle from recruit to measure. Architect will design and implement IMPartner working with PM, business stakeholders and our implementation partners. Candidate should be able to provide innovative solutions leveraging mostly “out of the box” functionality to increase usability and functionality of the IMPartner and integration with other systems.

Job responsibilities

• The Solution Architect will lead the design and delivery of our IMPartner Solution from the ground up
• Work with business leaders and implementation partners in understanding the business need
• Transform that into partner management solutions, following best practices that will allow us to scale as we grow and be easily maintained
• Design the integrations to other systems (MS Dynamics, SAP & ModelN) working with the system leads
• Work with implementation partners in implementing the solution
• Identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate as necessary.
• Define training needs within the team and coach other team members
• Ensure progress updates are communicated to relevant parties both formally and informally.
• Triage support issues and provide maintenance break / fix support
• Develop and execute comprehensive unit and integration test plans
• Coaching and mentoring junior members of the team
• Be a champion for both technical and functional solutions across the IMPartner platform, driving the adoption of new features and technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field is required with 10+ years of related technical experience implementing
• Experience in implementing and developing pricing and rebate management applications in Hi-Tech domain with IMPartner
• Experience in understanding Business Requirements and mapping to standard flows, reducing development effort and simplifying delivery
• Have an exceptional understanding of IMPartner technical and functional capabilities
• Deep understanding and experience in integration with MS Dynamics, Model N and SAP
• Broad understanding of software development lifecycle, development management, release management, data migrations, cut-over planning and early live support.
