IT Helpdesk Level 1 (Hybrid - C2H)

Level 1 Help desk (IT Specialist 1)

  • Answer Help Desk Calls
  • Complete Tickets through Easterseals Ticketing System
  • Work with Windows 7 & 10
  • Support Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Utilize Office 365
  • Troubleshoot devices
  • Visit Easterseals locations as necessary ( Maybe 10%)

Job duties:

Answer phones and emails to help end-user by troubleshooting MS Office and windows both hardware and applications

Experience:

Must know basic Network connectivity like how Windows 10 prints. Understand basic configuration between a windows 10 device. Solve problems like a printer not printing.

Know how to ping a server or device.

Know how to receive an email in outlook

Must have:

Basic troubleshooting skills in MS Office to windows both H/W and S/W - windows applications

Resolve tickets using a ticketing system

Great customer service
